Three Gloriously Grey Years

Admittedly, our brothers and sisters may sometimes do things that puzzle us, embarrass us or even get on our nerves. However, it’s also hard to imagine our lives without them. Brothers and sisters are as close as hands and feet.

The Chandi Studio is a story of Devesh and Rimjhim who are proceeding with gumption and unbridled enthusiasm to change the world around them, make a difference with their ideas, seek solutions that have never been sought, run successful venture and generate employment for many, and give rise to new sustainable jewellery.

It is our third anniversary today so we thought of sharing bits and pieces from our long journey.

Understanding our customer’s needs and develop products and services that meet those needs was indeed difficult but nothing compares to the hard work and dedication that we have put into this business. We started gaining insight into our customers’ needs by personalizing our jewellery and encouraging them to provide us with valuable feedback. Things took a lot longer than we anticipated.

We were honest and kept things transparent with our customers and karigars about the issues and challenges that we’re facing. Gradually, we started to earn trust from our end users and we were successful in making them smile. We ensured that our customer service is exceptional and we went the extra mile when we could to make things appear effortless at the surface.
Our customers will not only remember the great service, but the empathetic ears we have to understand their needs and luxuries related to jewellery.

We were gaining momentum but due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, we had to shift our focus to social media marketing as well. Social media proved to be a powerful tool to promote our business to potential customers and gain valuable insight through ‘social listening’. It helped in improving the customer service. Social media helped us to build our business profile and attract new customers.

Many professional stylists are also liking our products and many celebrities are showing love for our unique designs.

Our “in house manufacturing” unit and our “out there social media team” works really hard to make this a successful venture. We are using the various algorithms, policies and features of different social media applications so that our hard work reaches people.

We were constantly doing our best throughout the pandemic time but a virus attack on our website on November 2nd, last year shattered us. Our order management and customer interaction were at stake so we had to be real quick in responding to this website issue. Potential customers were not willing to buy jewellery from us and previous customers were unsure of continuing their jewellery purchase. So we got up on our feet and started to think of a solution and workaround. Within 45 days, we set up another website and it took a lot of hard work, homework, anxiety, work pressure and finances.

From designing unique jewellery to making them a reality, from clicking the pictures of our products to having a well-built website, from taking orders to shipping them, from social media marketing to focussing on analytics, from making our blogs shine to making creative business plans, from taking calculated risks to investing in staff and culture, from recapturing the hearts of existing customers to forming a bond with potential clients – these three years have been a great learning phase for us and we wish to implement these in the upcoming years to turn your jewellery expectation and imagination into handcrafted treasures.

We started with a team of two people and now we are a team of eight people – goal-oriented, organized and efficient.

It’s only loved laughter and lavenders when we are at The Chandi Studio – building and radiating positive thoughts and mindset.

A dream does not become reality through magic and overnight; it takes sweat, determination, hard work and consistency throughout days, months and years!

Happy Third to The Chandi Studio ❤️
